Description:

The College of Business and Economics at Qassim University offers an MBA program designed to prepare competitive leadership and academic competencies that effectively contribute to sustainable national development. The program is implemented in an advanced academic environment that supports scientific research, innovation, technology, and community partnership, and equips students with the latest managerial and research knowledge and skills enabling them to lead their organizations with efficiency and excellence. The program also enhances their readiness to pursue academic and professional paths in higher education and scientific research in business administration, in addition to developing their capabilities to confront globalization challenges and competition in local and international business environments. The program is offered in English during the evening, two days a week, and meets the needs of ambitious professionals in the public and private sectors. The program also holds prestigious international accreditation from AACSB, as well as conditional accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA). The program is distinguished by its diverse specialization tracks (General Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Entrepreneurship and Innovation), and is implemented over two academic years (24 months), totaling 42 credit hours. The program contributes to qualifying graduates who possess the ability to make strategic decisions, lead change, and excel in professional and academic environments, thereby enhancing the Kingdom's position in the global economy in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

In addition to the core knowledge and skills provided in the General Business Administration major, the track focuses on enabling students to manage investments, identify investment strategies and funding channels, and analyze relevant local and international risks in the financial sector. This aims to prepare qualified professionals in financial management for government and private sector organizations.
3- Business Administration (Human Resources Management):
