Course Description: This course provides practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed by contemporary managers to communicate with individuals and other parties to negotiate and resolve emergent conflicts. This includes diagnosing root causes of conflict, effective negotiation practices, identifying alternative dispute resolution pathways, and selecting the best alternative for sustainable conflict resolution.
