Course Description: This course aims to provide students with an understanding of how to transform startup ideas into viable and successful business ventures. Students will also learn the importance of a strong Value Proposition and the key elements of building an effective revenue model. The course includes the study of different business models and business plans, in addition to students preparing their own business plan during the practical component of the course.

Objectives of the course :

By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Discussing the fundamental concepts of startup management.
Comparing different product development strategies for addressing business problems.
3. Describe the essential elements of a distinctive business idea.
4. Explaining how to establish and manage work teams in startups (whether employees or contractors) and building team culture.
5. Analyzing how to prepare a marketing plan and the importance of brand building.
6. Assessing the importance of preparing a marketing plan.
7. Discussing a startup idea and preparing a business plan for it.
