Course Description: According to the Project Management Institute, project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. The course begins with an overview of concepts, including the definition of project management, its historical development, and terminology used. Subsequently, the course covers core foundations: scope, schedule, and quality. It then addresses required soft skills in terms of resource management and communications.
