Course Description: This course provides a comprehensive overview of the principles, theories, and methods required for successfully implementing change and innovation within organizations. The course also presents multiple perspectives for understanding organizational innovation and change, ensuring students are not limited to a single, "best" methodology, but rather broaden their horizons to choose the most appropriate approaches for managing change.
