Organizational Behavior and Leadership

Course Description: This course offers a comprehensive examination of individual and group behavior within organizational contexts. It aims to develop a systematic understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively while simultaneously enhancing the quality of work life for employees. Key topics covered include motivation, personality, perception, individual and group dynamics, power and politics, leadership, organizational structure, decision-making processes, and organizational change and development.

Objectives of the course :

By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Describe and apply theoretical models and tools related to organizational behavior.
2. Clarifying leadership skills through effective communication.
3. Recognizing ethical dilemmas and evaluating alternative solutions in organizational behavior.
4. Demonstrating how to manage individuals, groups, and teams.
