Course Description: This course will enable students to understand how to develop a competitive advantage through various business activities by strategically coordinating functional areas, processes, and systems within an organization, in alignment with internal and external environments and their imposed challenges. The course is also designed to help students understand the strategic management process in an integrated manner, from vision identification, environmental analysis, and strategy formulation, through to the implementation phase.

Objectives of the course :

By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Defining the strategic management process and its role in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage.
Prepare a logical, relevant, and well-organized report on a business issue.
3. Compare different theoretical models of strategic management and clarify their similarities and differences before applying them to practical problems.
