Course Description: This course provides an introduction to the accelerating shift in marketing concepts, moving from traditional to digital practices. The course integrates digital strategy within a broader framework that includes marketing strategy and the organization's overall strategy, starting with digital marketing planning. The course also addresses how to build and optimize a successful paid search advertising strategy, effectively design e-commerce and user experience, and manage customer loyalty, customer relationship management (CRM), and data. It also focuses on measuring success through data analysis and reporting. The course also includes case studies used for problem-solving.
