Course Description: This course explores the field of employee relations, examining the nature of the employee relations contexts within which organizations operate. The course reviews how employment relationships are managed and assesses whether management can implement a partnership approach to ensure a collective employee voice without conflict.

By the end of this course, the student will be able to:
