Qassim University actively engages in health promotion and awareness activities within its campus and surrounding communities. The university organizes workshops, seminars, and health fairs that cover topics ranging from mental health to nutrition. These initiatives aim to educate individuals about healthy lifestyles and preventive measures.

The corner included providing medical and awareness information to the public in a simple manner, addressing risk factors, means of prevention, and the importance of periodic examinations for early detection. Specialized awareness brochures were also distributed, in addition to providing direct consultations by oncology specialists, reflecting the Medical City's keenness to promote health education and disease prevention.

Qassim University Medical City, in cooperation with the College of Applied Medical Sciences, held an awareness event on the occasion of World Health Day in the lobby of the University Hospital, with the participation of faculty members and students of the college, in the presence of the Executive Director of the Medical City and a number of leaders and visitors.
The event included awareness corners that addressed various health topics, including nutrition, physical activity, heart health, mental health, and prevention of chronic diseases, with the aim of spreading health awareness and promoting a healthy lifestyle among community members.
The Medical City activates an oral and dental health awareness corner at one of Buraidah's destinations.
The awareness corner included a range of educational activities, including the distribution of brochures and awareness tips on the prevention of oral and dental diseases, and a simple explanation of the importance of oral hygiene, especially during fasting periods. This initiative comes as part of the Medical City's efforts to activate World Health Days and promote a culture of prevention among all segments of society.
Coinciding with the Gulf Nutrition Week; an awareness on the importance of healthy nutrition.
The corner aims to promote nutritional awareness among visitors and encourage them to adopt healthy eating habits during the holy month of Ramadan. The corner also included providing scientifically based nutritional advice and distributing awareness brochures that highlight the importance of a balanced diet, which reflects positively on the health of the individual and society.

In conjunction with World Nutrition Day 2024, Qassim University Medical City activated an awareness corner in the lobby of the University Hospital, with the aim of promoting awareness of the importance of healthy nutrition and its role in preventing diseases and enhancing the quality of life.
The corner included a number of interactive activities and educational information about proper nutritional practices and the body's needs for nutrients, in addition to providing field consultations from specialists in therapeutic nutrition.
Qassim University Medical City - Cooperation Agreements
Cooperation agreement in the field of medical services with the Heart Association for the Care of Heart Patients in Unaizah.
Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency the UQU Vice President for Financial and Technical Affairs, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between Qassim University Medical City, represented by the Executive Director General, Dr. Khalid Fahad Al-Husais, and "Qalb" Association for the care of heart patients in Aniza, represented by the CEO, Mr. Mohammed Salem Rashid Al-Ghasham.
The agreement aims to enhance the level of healthcare in the region and emphasize the importance of integration between governmental and non-profit organizations to serve patients in need and the local community, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The agreement also seeks to achieve optimal use of the human, material and technical resources of both parties, and to unify efforts to provide the best possible health services.
Cooperation agreement in medical services between the Qassim University Medical City and the Qassim Health Services Association (Seha)
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Vice President for Financial and Technical Affairs, Qassim University Medical City signed a cooperation agreement with the Qassim Health Services Association (SEHA) to enhance integration between health, academic and charitable organizations and improve the level of health care provided to the local community. This agreement aims to support joint efforts in providing distinguished medical services that contribute to raising the quality of life, by making optimal use of the resources and capabilities available to both parties, whether facilities and equipment or human and technical cadres, in a way that reduces waste and enhances efficiency.
The agreement seeks to consolidate the culture of community partnership and cooperation between different sectors, and activate the role of non-profit organizations in supporting the health system, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and its programs, especially the National Transformation Program. It also aims to unify efforts in providing health services and awareness initiatives to needy groups, through quality programs that focus on public health and prevention.
Cooperation agreement with the "Your Heart is Our Life" Association.
Qassim University Medical City signed a joint cooperation agreement with the "Your Heart is Our Life" Association, in the presence of the Executive Director General of the Medical City, Dr. Khalid Fahad Al-Husais, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Misnad.
This agreement comes within the framework of strengthening the partnership between the governmental health sector and the non-profit sector, with the aim of unifying efforts to serve patients and the community, and raising the efficiency of health care delivery through cooperation in the medical, awareness and developmental fields.
This cooperation reflects the commitment of both parties to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program, by improving the quality of health services, optimizing the available resources, and enhancing community participation.
Blood Donation Campaign
Blood donation campaign at Qassim University Medical City witnessed widespread participation to support blood banks during the Hajj season.
This campaign is part of a series of health and community initiatives implemented by the Medical City to enhance its role in serving the community and embody the values of solidarity and volunteerism, especially during seasons that require exceptional national health preparedness, such as the Hajj season.
