Bottom financial quintile student success

Qassim University sets a completion target of 100% for students from the bottom 20% of household income in the Kingdom who meet the academic requirements of their programme. Every student from this group who completes the requirements of the study plan is awarded their degree, on the same terms as all other students. To help these students complete their studies, the Student Fund provides subsidies and loans to students with proven financial need, assessed by the Deanship of Student Affairs’ social workers, and the student employment programme helps students overcome financial problems that could interrupt their studies.
