His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, received today, Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Secretary-General of the Higher Education Fund, Professor Bader bin Ibrahim Al-Bader, and his accompanying delegation. The reception was attended by the Vice President for Financial and Technical Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Saawi, and the Vice President for Business Development and Community Partnership, Dr. Majid bin Fadi Al-Enezi, at the main headquarters in the university city.
The university president chaired a meeting with the University Higher Education Fund, in the presence of the Secretary-General and university vice-presidents. During the meeting, ways to enhance cooperation and integration were discussed, and investment opportunities and areas of joint work were reviewed to support qualitative initiatives and achieve development goals in the educational sector.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Excellency the University President praised the role of the Higher Education Fund in supporting the educational process and enabling universities to achieve their strategic goals. He emphasized the importance of effective partnerships in developing investment opportunities and enhancing financial sustainability, which will positively reflect on the quality of educational and developmental outcomes.
