Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Ghadia, a student in the Department of Physics at the Qassim University campus in Al-Rass, won the Best Thesis Award at the 2026 American Nuclear Society Student Conference, held at Texas A&M University in the United States, for a research project titled “Allan Deviation for Modeling and Calculating Noise in Nuclear Measurements.”.
The research project was carried out in cooperation with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, represented by the National Center for Measurement and Calibration, within the framework of strengthening research partnerships and integrating efforts between academic institutions and specialized national entities.
