The university announces the offering of a number of cooperative positions in several specializations.

Qassim University announced the offering of a number of cooperation-based positions in several specializations, opening the application period from Wednesday, July 22, 2026, to Tuesday, July 28, 2026, through the university's electronic portal via the link: Click here to apply

To apply for these positions, applicants must be Saudi nationals, have their degree accredited by the Ministry of Education (if obtained outside the Kingdom), be proficient in using technology and virtual classrooms, and be proficient in English for courses requiring English instruction. Additionally, a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is required when applying for health specialties. Applicants must also submit their employer's approval if they are currently employed, or a recent confirmation from Absher or Tawakkalna proving they are not currently employed. All required information and documents must be submitted through the Cooperation Portal on the university's website, and applicants must pass a personal interview conducted by the academic department (if applicable).

General terms and conditions of application

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The certificate must be accredited by the Ministry of Education (if the qualification was obtained abroad).
  • The applicant must be proficient in technology and the activation of virtual classrooms.
  • To be proficient in English for majors that require teaching in English.
  • Obtain a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (for health specialties).
  • An approval from the employer must be attached – if the applicant is employed – or (a certificate) from Absher or Tawakkalna proving that the applicant is not employed (dated recently).
  • The applicant must upload all required data and documents through the cooperation portal on the university's website.
  • To pass the personal interview conducted by the scientific department (if any).

Important notes

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create any financial obligation for the university until all stipulated requirements are met and the authorized party approves the collaboration.
  • Requests are reviewed based on need within each college, and acceptance of a request does not necessarily mean immediate employment of the applicant.
  • All requests submitted by the specialized committees in each college are studied, and the college nominates those who meet the conditions (according to the needs of the scientific departments).
  • The collaboration period is calculated after the academic schedule is assigned and approved by the authorized person.
  • Financial dues will not be disbursed until all assigned tasks are completed and academic tasks and all required files are submitted.
  • The applicant is entitled to submit only one application per ID number, and any error in the ID number will render the application void.
  • Cooperation is a temporary contract and does not constitute employment or a promise of employment.
