His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Province, honored Qassim University for its effective participation in the “My Opportunity” Youth Empowerment Forum in its fifth edition. The honor was received by His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharaikh, during the period from January 28 to 31, 2026, at the King Khalid Cultural Center in the city of Buraidah.
For his part, His Excellency the President of the University visited the university's participating pavilion at the forum and praised the efforts of the working teams participating in the university's pavilion, which includes an informational corner that provides visitors with a general overview of the university, its most prominent services and programs in the fields of innovation, professional development, and youth support, in addition to providing specialized advisory sessions for interested individuals.
The university is offering a number of training courses during its participation in the forum, including the innovative projects challenge, artificial intelligence applications, project feasibility studies, and creativity and innovation in marketing.
This participation comes as an extension of the community college's message and its endeavor to contribute to supporting the labor market system and empowering youth with the necessary skills and knowledge, in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
