His Excellency, University President Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, received today, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the "Wa'i" Environmental Society and supervisor of Prince Faisal bin Mishal Center for the Conservation and Propagation of Local Plants, Professor Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sugair. The reception was attended by the Vice President for Business Development and Community Partnership, Dr. Majid bin Fdhi Al-Anzi, the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Dr. Hani Al-Faheed, and the Director of the Sustainable Development Center, Mr. Saad Al-Mutlaq, at the main headquarters in the university city.

During the meeting, the President of Qassim University expressed his pride in the role played by the "Wa'i" Environmental Association and the Prince Faisal bin Mishaal Center for the Conservation and Propagation of Native Plants in enhancing environmental awareness and supporting national sustainability initiatives.
