The university, represented by the General Administration of Transport, obtained the «ISO» certification for its Quality Management System, which is a culmination of its efforts in applying quality standards to the transport services provided to beneficiaries and its fulfillment of the controls and requirements governing this international certification.
Achieving this certification contributes to assisting the University Transportation Department in improving its overall performance, organizing the management of all operations, resources, and assets according to international specifications, ensuring sustainability in service delivery, in addition to enhancing user satisfaction and raising organizational efficiency, and completing the university's developmental endeavors in various administrative and educational fields.
The international «ISO» certification, with its various branches, is considered one of the most widespread standards for measuring and achieving the level of quality and managing operations and procedures in various institutions and organizations.
