وقع معالي الأستاذ الدكتور عبدالرحمن بن حمد الداود مدير الجامعة، اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 16/10/1440هـ، بمقر المدينة الجامعية عقداً تشغيلياً لتشغيل وصيانة الحاسب الآلي، إضافة إلى عقد آخر لتطوير وتشغيل وصيانة البوابة الإلكترونية، وذلك بقيمة إجمالية 29.468.600 ريال، بحضور وكيل الجامعة الدكتور محمد السعوي.
 
حيث بلغت قيمة العقد الأول الذي تم توقيعه مع مؤسسة مبدعون التجارية لتشغيل وصيانة الحاسب الآلي، مبلغ 25.968.600 ريال، فيما بلغت قيمة العقد الآخر الذي تم توقيعه مع شركة البوابة الأساسية للاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات مبلغ 3.500.000 ريال، وذلك لتطوير وتشغيل وصيانة البوابة الإلكترونية.
