His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, and His Excellency the Director General of Prince Sultan Center for Defense Studies and Research, Dr. Saud bin Mohammed bin Saeed, witnessed the signing of three joint research contracts between the two parties on Monday, April 14, 2025. The contracts aim to enhance cooperation in defense development fields, on the sidelines of the Human Capabilities Initiative Conference and the International Education Exhibition in Riyadh.

These contracts focus on conducting specialized research in defense technology fields, contributing to the support of innovation and the development of national capabilities, in line with the Kingdom's research and innovation priorities.

The contracts were signed on behalf of the university by His Excellency the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Walid bin Saleh Al-Battah, and on behalf of the center by His Excellency the Assistant Director for Scientific and Technical Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Khenhel.
