The university signed a memorandum of understanding with Shell Global Solutions Limited to enhance cooperation in the fields of engineering innovation, sustainability, and clean energy, and to enable students to participate in international programs and competitions related to engineering solutions, clean energy, and sustainability, in the presence of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fahad bin Suleiman Al-Ahmad.

The memorandum was signed on behalf of the university by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Fahad bin Nasser Al-Sunaidih, and on behalf of Shell company by the Executive Director, Mr. Mohammed bin Fahad Al-Zami'.

The memorandum aims to support innovative initiatives and exchange academic and technical expertise, contributing to the development of engineering and research capabilities, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the areas of sustainability and the knowledge economy.
