His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, received at his office at the Emirate Diwan in the city of Buraydah, the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharaikh. His Highness was briefed on the university's most prominent educational and research programs and initiatives.
During the reception, His Highness listened to a presentation on the academic and developmental programs implemented by the university, and the qualitative tracks they include, which contribute to qualifying national competencies, enhancing the quality of educational outcomes, and supporting scientific research and innovation.
His Highness the Prince of Al-Qassim region stressed the importance of the university's role in human development and capacity building, pointing out that developing educational programs and linking them to the needs of the labor market is a fundamental pillar in achieving sustainable development.
His Highness also noted the university's efforts in supporting and empowering students, and enhancing the teaching and learning environment, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and contributing to the preparation of a qualified and competitive generation.
