Qassim University has been listed among the universities accredited by the Society of Actuaries (SOA), becoming the third Saudi university to be included among the institutions accredited by the association, after the university's Bachelor of Actuarial and Financial Mathematics program met all UCAP-IC requirements.

The university's joining of the UCAP list represents accreditation of the university program offered by Qassim University by the Society of Actuaries, in recognition of its keenness to develop its programs and align them to suit the requirements of the local and international labor market, including the requirements of SOA exams.
