The summer club continues its activities with scientific and sports programs and specialized visits

The 9th Summer Club at the University continues to implement its qualitative activities, amidst strong turnout and interaction from participants, through an integrated system of scientific programs, sports activities, and specialized visits to the university's various colleges and facilities, contributing to the investment of students' time and the development of their skills in various fields.

Regarding the scientific and educational aspect, the club's schedule featured specialized programs and courses aimed at raising the cognitive and executive efficiency of the participants. Among the most prominent were an introductory course titled “Your Roadmap to Passing the IELTS Exam,” a training program titled “The Concept of Drone Manufacturing,” in addition to an intellectual awareness exhibition aimed at promoting the values of moderation, temperance, and intellectual awareness among youth.

As an extension of its vision to link theoretical and practical aspects, the club organized field and specialized visits that included the College of Engineering and the College of Architecture and Planning, to introduce participants to the specialized academic education environment and to get a close look at laboratories as well as architectural and engineering projects.
In terms of sports activity, it witnessed widespread competitive momentum through the organization of a number of tournaments and sports games, including football, bowling, table tennis, foosball, and swimming.

The club also demonstrated engagement and pride in social responsibility by participating in and observing World Drowning Prevention Day, by spreading awareness about the importance of water safety and prevention guidelines to reduce drowning incidents.

It is mentioned that the summer club at Qassim University lasts for five weeks, of which two weeks remain, and it offers a diverse package of enrichment activities aimed at building the student's personality and refining their life and scientific skills during the summer vacation.
