The College of Applied Studies at Qassim University, in collaboration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), has launched two specialized training courses in the field of ground handling, as part of the previously signed agreement with the association.
The programs include the “Safety Management System for Ground Operations” course, which begins on September 28, 2026, and lasts for four days with 32 training hours, in addition to the “Human Factors in Ground Operations” course, which starts on October 3, 2026, and lasts for three days with 24 training hours.
These courses aim to align training programs with best practices and internationally accredited standards in the aviation sector, contributing to the development of national cadres' skills and raising their professional efficiency, in addition to enhancing their readiness for the job market in fields related to ground services and aviation.
