Conditions and controls
Terms of admission
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- The applicant must not have a disciplinary dismissal from Qassim University or any other university.
General controls
- Priority registration is calculated according to available seats.
- Failure to pay the fees on time will result in canceled admission.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All general university rules and regulations related to those enrolled at Qassim University and the regulations of the Applied College apply.
- If the course is canceled or cannot be held for any reason deemed necessary by the Applied College administration, the applicant will be refunded the full tuition fee.
Regulations for attending courses and tests
- In-person courses are held at the Applied College headquarters, and online courses are held through the Blackboard platform.
- The tests will be held in person at Qassim University headquarters after the end of the course, with the exception of the English language courses for those who cannot attend the university headquarters, so they can take the tests at the centers approved by the college during the next semester's exams, and there is no right to request the postponement of the test after that for any reason whatsoever.
- Except for the above, tests for professional certification courses are held at the college's accredited testing centers or at the testing centers accredited by the awarding bodies.
- Attendance certificates are awarded for courses that do not have a test, when the enrollee commits to attending at least 75% of the total training program.
- Professional course certificates are awarded by organizations after passing the test, and the controls specified by each organization, and it should be noted that it takes up to 60 days from the date of passing the test to receive the certificate from the awarding organization.
- Additional fees for retesting apply and vary from certificate to certificate depending on the awarding body.
Tuition Refund Regulations (Withdrawal)
A certain amount of fees will be deducted upon withdrawal from the course as follows:
- Discount 20% before the start of the cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable after the course has started.
