Admission requirements

• The applicant must be at least 16 years old.
• The applicant must not have been dismissed from Qassim University or any other university for disciplinary reasons.

General Controls

• Priority for registration is calculated based on available seats.
• Failure to pay fees on time will result in the cancellation of admission.
• Prices include VAT.
• All general university regulations and systems related to those admitted to Qassim University and the regulations specific to the Applied College apply.
• In the event of the course being canceled or unable to be held for any reason deemed by the Applied College Administration, the applicant will receive a full refund of the tuition fees.

Attendance regulations for courses and exams

• In-person courses are held at the Applied College campus, and distance courses are conducted through the Blackboard platform.
• Exams will be held in person at the Qassim University campus after the end of the course, with the exception of English language courses for those who cannot attend the university campus. They may take the exams at the centers accredited by the college during the next semester's exam period. No request for exam postponement will be accepted thereafter for any reason.
• Exceptions to the above include professional certification course exams, which are held at approved testing centers within the college or at approved testing centers of the awarding bodies.
• يتم منح شهادات الحضور للدورات التي لا يوجد بها اختبار، عند التزام الملتحق بحضور ما لا يقل عن 75%من إجمالي البرنامج التدريبي.
• Professional course certificates are awarded by organizations after passing an exam and meeting the specific criteria set by each organization. Please note that it may take up to 60 days from the exam date to receive the certificate from the awarding organization.
• Additional fees apply for retesting and vary from one certification to another according to the granting body.

Tuition Refund Regulations (Withdrawal)

A certain amount of fees will be deducted upon withdrawal from the course as follows:

• He finished 20% before the course started.
• Fees are not refundable once the course has started.
