The «AI-Powered Smart Corporate Governance Platform for Higher Education» project at Qassim University achieved an international accomplishment by receiving a Certificate of Excellence at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), among 1595 projects submitted from various countries around the world.
This coronation confirms the university's leadership in adopting advanced technological solutions and promoting digital transformation in the higher education sector, by developing smart platforms that contribute to improving institutional performance efficiency and enhancing the user experience.
The project aims to provide a smart institutional governance platform that serves as a unified and reliable communication engine around the clock, connecting all university staff and various internal entities, thereby enhancing the speed of access to information and the accuracy of decision-making.
The platform relies on an advanced multi-agent AI architecture that represents the university's internal entities. It provides accurate and immediate answers based on approved policies and regulations, ensuring information reliability and consistency.
This achievement is an extension of Qassim University's efforts in institutional innovation and the development of smart governance systems, in line with the goals of digital transformation and Saudi Vision 2030.
