His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahad Al-Sharikh, sponsored on Monday, May 12, 2025, the Applied College ceremony titled «Alignment, Partnership, and Professionalization.» His Excellency also inaugurated the exhibition of distinguished student graduation projects, which included over 75 projects presented by 300 male and female students from various technical and administrative disciplines, in addition to honoring training and employment entities. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Vice Presidents of the University and its affiliates, as well as a number of businessmen and company representatives, at the University City Conference Center.
The ceremony witnessed the signing of 10 training cooperation agreements between the Applied College and training and employment entities. These included Al Bawani Company, Atmal Company, Ijada Systems Company, Taheel for Humanitarian Services Company, Al Flayou Medical Complex, in addition to Al-Ard Al-Mutqan Company, Athb Medical Complex, and Diamond Care Medical Complex. The aim is to provide practical field training opportunities for the college's students, enhance employment opportunities for graduates, and improve the efficiency and quality of educational programs by aligning their outcomes with the requirements of the labor market.
This celebration comes within the framework of the college's endeavor to highlight the integration of the university's role with various business sectors, and to contribute to achieving one of the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program, by qualifying a globally competitive citizen, and to enrich the academic experience and link it to reality.
