Signing an official partnership at Qassim University as part of an academic event with a strong Saudi identity.

His Excellency the President of Qassim University, Professor Dr. Muhammad bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, witnessed yesterday, Sunday, February 1, 2026, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the university and the Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC) by stc. This took place during his sponsorship of the Digital Transformation Forum, organized by the Deanship of E-Learning and Information Technology, at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center in the university city.

The memorandum was signed by the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Walid bin Saleh Al-Battah, and the Chief Operating Officer of the company, Engineer Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Roshudi.

This memorandum stems from the university's strategic direction to enhance innovation and entrepreneurship, support the knowledge economy, and actively contribute to the development of the technological and innovative environment. It addressed several areas, including: knowledge transfer and building technical capabilities for university staff, cooperation in implementing relevant training programs, workshops, and events, supporting and developing initiatives and projects in the technical field, and contributing to preparing competencies in line with future requirements.
