Providing a distinguished, advanced and sustainable academic environment that contributes to enhancing the health level of the community by graduating medical competencies, providing consultations, conducting scientifically and professionally influential research studies, and supporting innovation and effective partnerships.
About college:
The College of Medicine began its studies in the first semester of the academic year 1422/1421 A.H. The college seeks to promote community health by preparing medical competencies capable of responding to changes in community health needs.
Objectives :
1. Graduating competent doctors with modern medical knowledge, high behavior and professional skills, capable of meeting the requirements and aspirations of the Saudi society.
2. Keep pace with the growing development of health facilities and services in the Qassim region by preparing human cadres specialized in the operation, management and continuity of these facilities.
3. Contributing to basic and applied medical research, related to the region's health care and service priorities.
4. Helping graduates connect with the college through the CME program and qualify for specialized postgraduate studies.
5. Spreading health awareness among community groups, highlighting the role of the university in this regard, and providing leading medical advice and services to the community through faculty members.
6. Ensuring the review and development of curricula, plans and study strategies to keep pace with the rapid changes in the field of medical education in the world, by concluding partnerships with prestigious foreign universities, and organizing workshops and seminars that will develop the performance of faculty members, and thus develop the educational process, thereby raising the level of graduates.
