University announces the opening of admission and registration for high school graduates

The university announced the opening of admissions and registration for male and female students who have graduated from high school and wish to enroll in one of its colleges for the new academic year 1439/1440 AH, for the bachelor's degree. Registration will begin tomorrow, Monday, corresponding to 10/11/1439 AH, and will continue until Saturday, 10/16/1439 AH, through the university's website. The university has made available all application information for various colleges, as well as the registration and admission procedures, on its website.

Dr. Fahad Al-Ahmad, Dean of Admissions and Registration at the university, confirmed that the application process is entirely electronic with no human intervention, based on weighted and equivalent percentages, and according to the available seats in each specialization. He noted that any applicant has the right to file a complaint or an appeal after the registration period ends, and that the university is offering more than 70 specializations this year across its various branches located in the provinces of the Qassim region.

"Al-Ahmad" pointed out that the university has allowed female students to apply to one of the university's colleges in their city or governorate only, except for specializations that are not available in that governorate, as every female student has the right to apply for them even if she is outside her governorate or city.

Al-Ahmad explained that the admission requirements include obtaining a general secondary school certificate, provided that no more than three years have passed since its issuance, in addition to passing the general aptitude test and the achievement test, and passing any test or personal interview required by the department for which admission is sought. Furthermore, approval to study is required for those employed by any governmental or private entity. It is also required that the student has not been dismissed from Qassim University or any other university for disciplinary reasons.

"Al-Ahmad" expressed his best wishes for success to the new male and female students, and that they be able to join the specialization and college of their choice, asking God Almighty to make them an asset to the university and the nation in the future.
