The University, represented by the College of Medicine, organized the "Eleventh Internship Course for Medical Students in the Kingdom", which lasted on Friday and Saturday, February 16-17, 2024, with the participation of 23 speakers who presented 10 quality lectures and 16 workshops, benefiting 650 students in person at the University City Conference Center, and more than 2900 beneficiaries remotely.
The course addressed a number of themes and workshops aimed at preparing medical students for the labor market environment, introducing them to the available specialties and helping them choose a medical specialty, providing them with the professional skills needed to enter the health work environment, and introducing them to the modern requirements of the Health Specialties Commission.
This course contributes to preparing post-graduate medical students to enter the labor market as a responsible and professional doctor who serves and cares for patients.
