In the presence of His Highness the Emir of Qassim. University signs 6 cooperation agreements with a number of companies

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, on Monday, March 20, 2023, witnessed the signing of six cooperation agreements between Qassim University and a number of companies. This took place during His Highness's inauguration of the Technical Career Day event, organized by the university in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Communications, Engineer Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawah, and His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, at the main hall of the university city.

 

His Highness blessed the signing of these agreements, commending the role played by the university in all its colleges and staff, and its keenness to strengthen ties of cooperation with various public and private entities. The MoUs aim to create training opportunities for applied college students, equip them with the necessary skills to qualify them for the labor market, and give them priority for employment with the signing entities in case of a need.

 

The university has signed numerous agreements and memorandums of cooperation with several companies in various fields, including: IKEA, Onaizah Society for Human Services, Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation, Naqi Water Company, Al-Wasayel Industrial Company, and the National Polyethylene Factory.
