On Thursday, 9/7/1443 A.H., the university, represented by the Deanship of Community Service, in cooperation with the university's Intellectual Awareness Unit, concluded the activities of the training courses for the leaders of government departments and their employees in the region, which were held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Qassim, and benefited 2797 beneficiaries, within the programs of the university initiative to activate the campaign "I am a Saudi who is proud of my identity".
The program targeted the leaders and employees of government departments in the Qassim region, with the aim of contributing to the consolidation of the correct Sharia concepts and clarifying the doubts of the invalidators about the texts of the two revelations, as well as spreading the correct national intellectual awareness and raising the readiness of intellectual security, preserving the security and national gains and rallying around our rulers.
The program also aimed to raise awareness of the methods used by those with misguided ideology to incite against the ruler and attempts to lure youth under various names alien to Saudi society, in addition to exposing the organized smear campaigns that are launched from abroad and target the internal structure, especially the Saudi citizen.
The program included a training course entitled "Fundamentals of Stability (Manifestations, Causes and Effects)", which was presented by Dr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Abu Al-Khail, Dean of the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies, on Sunday 5/7/1443 A.H. The course aimed to clarify the most important factors that support stability in countries and its impact on societies and individuals, which benefited about 433 beneficiaries from various employees of government departments in the region In addition, a course on "Information Crimes", presented by Dr. Younis bin Ahmed Al-Mashaigah, a faculty member at the College of Sharia, on Monday, 6/7/1443 AH, during which he reviewed the role of the system in protecting society and the individual from the wrong use of freedoms regarding publication and perception of others. The number of beneficiaries of this course reached about 854 beneficiaries from various government departments in the Qassim region.
The program also included a course entitled "Saudi Personality (Foundations and Principles)", presented by Dr. Sulaiman bin Muhammad Al-Attani, Vice Dean of the College of Arabic Language and Social Studies, on Tuesday, 7/7/1443 A.H. The course aimed to introduce the Saudi personality, its special nature, and the various factors that influenced its construction. 745 beneficiaries from various employees of government departments in the Qassim region benefited from this course. A training course entitled "Legal Guardianship (Entitlements and Effects)", presented by Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Matrafi, a faculty member at the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies, on Wednesday, 8/7/1443 A.H. This course aimed to introduce and correct the concept of legal guardianship in the minds of some intellectually domesticated people, and the number of beneficiaries reached about 765 from various employees of government departments in the Qassim region.
