“22” Scientific Research Papers Address Urban Heritage at the University

The College of Architecture and Planning at the university is organizing the events of its second architectural forum, titled (Urban Heritage - Principles and Values), tomorrow morning, Tuesday, 2 Rajab 1436 AH, corresponding to April 21, 2015 AD, under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Hamoudi University president.
Many professors and researchers from 9 Saudi universities participate in its activities.Click this link In addition to a number of municipalities from various parts of the Kingdom, “22” peer-reviewed scientific research papers by a number of male and female researchers from various Saudi universities will also be discussed through the events. These papers will address many topics related to urban heritage. The accompanying architectural exhibition will also be inaugurated, with the participation of numerous universities and municipalities, in addition to Qassim University, represented by the College of Architecture and Planning and the College of Designs and Home Economics in Buraidah, with booths displaying models of their distinguished students' work. Furthermore, there will be a distinguished presence of many Saudi and Arab fine artists with their unique and expressive paintings.
Also, it will Dr. Mohammed bin Ayish Al-Maroui The Dean of the College of Architecture and Planning and the head of the forum honored Professor Dr. Mishari Al-Naeem, a professor at the College of Architecture and Planning at Dammam University and the supervisor of the National Urban Heritage Center, as the Personality of the Forum in its second session, in recognition of his scientific and practical contributions in the field of architecture and planning in general, and in the field of urban heritage in particular.
