The University, represented by the College of Medicine, in cooperation with the Medical City, launched today, Tuesday, 12/9/1441 A.H., its virtual community clinic, with various medical specialties, under the slogan "We are all responsible in serving the health of our community".
This initiative comes within the framework of the university's social responsibility, which directs all its material and human resources and its specialized medical staff to contribute to providing free services to members of the community, especially in light of the precautionary measures taken by the Kingdom to confront the spread and outbreak of the new Coronavirus.
For his part, Dr. Abdulhakim Al-Mutairi, Supervisor of the Virtual Clinics and Head of the Community Service Unit at the College of Medicine, explained that in light of the Corona pandemic, it became not easy to reach a large number of community members and go to specialized clinics, so this virtual clinic was launched in various health specialties, out of social responsibility and to ease the suffering of patients during curfew times by providing health service from medical consultations and providing treatment for some cases that do not need to go to hospitals, as well as dispensing medicines from the University Hospital pharmacy to university employees and others through the following programs
