Description:
This specialization aims to provide the student with the knowledge and skills that enable him to plan, organize, direct, follow-up, and manage all activities and tasks related to supplies in the organization. These processes include the purchase of raw materials, their arrival at the factory, then transporting the product, storing it, distributing it to sales outlets, or delivering it to the customer, and the processes of communication and coordination between all parties involved in the supply chain, including suppliers, intermediaries, service providers, and customers.
