The Master of Science program in Plant Production and Protection aims to qualify trained national cadres to work in the field of plant production and protection. These cadres will be familiar with the knowledge and skills required for scientific research and to support the national labor market in plant production and protection, with a focus on the scientific and applied aspects related to agricultural crop production and their protection from pests and diseases, contributing to sustainable agricultural development. Researching problems in the production of vegetables, fruits, ornamental plants, and field crops, and working to increase their yield, as well as researching problems related to plant pests and diseases.
Study of modern methods for environmentally friendly agricultural production and optimal use of water and natural resources.
3. Working on the genetic improvement of agricultural crops in the Kingdom.

5. Studying safe methods for pest control and reducing the use of pesticides and environmental pollutants.
6- Study of the biology, physiology, and prevalence of agricultural pests and plant pathogens in the Kingdom.
