Al-Qassim University concluded, on Friday evening, February 13, 2026, the graduation ceremony for the twenty-third batch, which was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region. The ceremony saw the graduation of 13,191 graduates from various university colleges, in diploma, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, at the main hall of the university city.
The university witnessed the organization of four graduation ceremonies for male and female students over four days, distributed according to the different faculties of the university. These celebrations included a number of segments, among them graduation parades, and the participation of parents and guardians of the graduates, in addition to the university providing all necessary resources to ensure the success of the ceremonies and present them in a dignified manner.
The number of graduates from the twenty-third cohort reached 13,191 students, including 93 male and 107 female PhD graduates, 346 male and 401 female Master's graduates, 3,002 male and 6,087 female Bachelor's graduates, and 793 male and 2,362 female Diploma graduates, in various academic specializations, from 17 university colleges.
His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Sharikh, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Qassim region, for his kind patronage of the university's graduation ceremony and for sharing the joy of his sons and daughters, the graduates. He affirmed that this patronage embodies the great support the university receives from His Highness and reflects the keenness of the wise leadership – may God protect them – to empower youth and build the nation's future with the strength of its sons and daughters.
Adding that Al-Qassim University is proud of the academic achievements of this batch and the qualified national competencies it includes in various specializations, emphasizing that the university is moving forward in developing its academic programs, enhancing the quality of its educational outcomes, linking them to the requirements of the labor market, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and in a way that supports the comprehensive development process in the region and the nation in general.
“Al-Shariq” explained that the university will continue to invest in learning, research, and innovation environments, and to build partnerships with various sectors, which will contribute to preparing graduates who possess professional skills, knowledge, and values, and are capable of bearing their national responsibilities, effectively contributing to serving society, supporting leadership aspirations, and achieving a more prosperous future for the nation.
