Overview
The administration is one of the main and important administrations at the university, concerned with preparing the university's budget project, closely monitoring the implementation of the university's budgets, controlling expenditures for budget items and categories, making estimated projections of what will be spent from budget items and categories, and making transfers and support from the Ministry of Finance according to regulations, as well as performing tasks within its purview that are assigned to it by the university's senior management. .

To be a distinguished administrative model in efficiently and effectively supporting the university's mission in learning, teaching, and scientific research, in order to achieve the university's vision and goals with utmost effectiveness and precision, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, and to serve the community.
Mission
Preparing the university budget project in coordination with key stakeholders, to meet their actual needs, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations governing financial affairs in universities, as stipulated in its first chapter, and in accordance with the instructions for implementing the state's general budget and financial and accounting instructions. This includes monitoring budget implementation and making transfers to address any shortcomings that may arise in the budget, in accordance with regulations and laws, and in execution of the university's strategic objectives.
