Overview
The General Administration of Community Partnership was established by the administrative decision of the UQU President contained in Transaction No. (66559) dated 24/10/1443 A.H., which defined its main tasks as follows: - Increasing community participation between the university and its surroundings. - Coordinating between the community and the university stakeholders in implementing community programs and activities. - Contributing to raising awareness among the community.

Mission
Activating the role of Qassim University in providing quality community services that meet the needs of the community and strengthen the relationship between the university and its institutions through a sustainable community partnership.
Objectives
1 Strengthening ties between the university and society, by communicating with government agencies, the private sector and civil society organizations to establish partnerships with these parties.
2 Activating existing and new partnerships, studying their various requirements, and directing them to scientific, educational and service activities and programs that serve the community.
3 Organizing, expanding, following up, and evaluating organized social movements.
4 Promoting a culture of community participation and effective partnership between university affiliates, community members, and institutions.
5 Activating and organizing the performance of the university's colleges and organizational units in community service.
6 Activating community partnership plans and serving the community in various regions of the region, through partnership with stakeholders.
7 Build a general plan for community partnership, including a flexible timeline that suits all parties.
8 Supporting citizens in the Qassim region by providing training courses, workshops, consultations, media campaigns, and field service programs.
9 Providing the community with the opportunity to benefit from the university's capabilities and cadres in various theoretical and applied sciences of knowledge.
10 Adopting community service policies that ensure the active participation of university affiliates and support the implementation of clear tasks and activities.
11 Follow standardized mechanisms for planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting all activities and events associated with the implementation of the Community Partnership and Community Service Plan.
12 Manage ongoing communication and coordination to prepare for the various programs to be implemented.
13 Checking the satisfaction of beneficiaries, recognizing their individual and collective requirements, and following up on improvement and development plans.
14 Monitoring quantitative and qualitative data adopted as indicators of the university's performance, which helps in formulating clear indicators when preparing various reports.

Functions of Units and Departments :
Corporate Social Responsibility and Initiatives Department:
Implementing university community initiatives and programs, following up on initiatives from the idea stage to closure, and coordinating directly with the seventeen colleges to achieve integration in community service.
Volunteering and Training Department:
Building the capacities of university affiliates, including students, staff, and faculty, in community work and volunteering, and providing a training system that supports initiatives and reinforces a culture of social responsibility.
Administrative Affairs Unit
Organizing administrative, financial, and operational affairs of the management, ensuring the smooth flow of internal procedures, and maintaining documents and archiving work; in a way that supports other units in performing their tasks.
Quality and Impact Unit
Ensuring the quality of administrative work and measuring the societal impact of its initiatives, in order to serve the requirements of academic accreditation, international rankings, and official reports submitted to the Council of University Affairs.
Partnerships and Agreements Unit
Building a network of strategic partnerships with government, non-profit, and private sectors, and following up on agreements and Memoranda of Understanding; contributing to the sustainability of initiatives and expanding their societal impact.
Communications, Media, and Marketing Unit :
Managing the identity and corporate image of the administration, promoting initiatives and partnerships internally and externally, and fostering a culture of social responsibility through media and digital channels.
