Center's Establishment
With the esteemed approval of the Council of Ministers to establish leadership centers at universities, and given the university's need for an entity to undertake leadership development, and as necessitated by the interest of work, the (Leadership and Capacity Development Center) was established on 02/11/1438 AH. It will fulfill its role in achieving the university's vision and objectives by developing leaders and utilizing the latest methods to provide short- and long-term training programs, enhancing the leadership and administrative skills of university staff, including faculty members and employees, and building partnerships with leading local and international entities to prepare and train the university's leaders.

Platform Overview
It is the accredited training platform at Qassim University, affiliated with the university's main portal, and registered with the Digital Government Authority. It was established in the last quarter of 2023 AD. Through this platform, the university seeks to develop and enhance the skills of Qassim University's affiliates, including faculty members, employees, students, and visitors, and to equip them with the necessary skills and develop their capabilities in various fields. These fields include leadership skills, computer use, and various communication skills, in addition to training programs in specialized areas such as accounting, data analysis, marketing, secretarial work, photography, and other various training programs.
The “Namaa” platform offers many courses, programs, and training paths on various topics to meet all needs. Upon completion of the courses, programs, and training paths, trainees receive accredited certificates from the providing university bodies. These certificates can be viewed and downloaded directly through the platform by the trainee. The training organizers are continuously working to increase the number of training course and program fields.
