- Passing the supplementary courses specified by the department on the first attempt with a grade no less than (High Pass), and the cumulative average in the supplementary courses must be no less than (Very Good). The study period for supplementary courses shall not exceed one academic year for non-specialists.
- Enrollment in the graduate program is only permitted after passing the supplementary courses.
- The duration for completing supplementary courses shall not be counted towards the normal period for obtaining the degree.
- Supplementary courses are not included in the calculation of the cumulative GPA for postgraduate studies.
- The lecture periods for supplementary courses are determined by the departments in the colleges based on the nature of the program (morning or evening).
- Evening postgraduate programs (Master's and PhD) attendance (except for the Dentistry college programs in the morning and some Education college programs with morning and evening options, as detailed in each program's admission information).

- For programs that require English for admission, you must pass the STEP test, which is administered by the National Center for Assessment.
- In the event of the applicant's absence from the competitive exam for programs that require an exam, they will be excluded from admission.
- The prescribed duration for obtaining a Master's degree is no less than two academic years.
- The prescribed duration for obtaining a PhD degree is no less than three academic years.
- Tuition fees will be refunded if the program cannot be implemented due to an insufficient number of students to open it, even after the student has obtained their university ID number.
- The study method for students admitted to postgraduate studies (courses and thesis, courses and research project) will be determined by the department in the college.
- If there are program tracks, the track is determined for the male or female student by the department after passing the common levels and the selection process.
