Summer Club launches various activities and programs to serve the region's students

The "Summer Club" activities at the university commenced on Sunday afternoon, October 17, 1439 AH, and will continue for 30 days in the gymnasium with the participation of elementary, middle, and high school students. The club's activities aim to provide maximum benefit to the students and utilize their summer vacation time with beneficial and recreational programs.

The club offers beneficiaries numerous activities in various fields, including cultural activities that encompass several competitions and developmental courses, most notably the competition for memorizing the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah. In addition to this, there are many training courses for youth in several fields, including a preparatory course for university life for high school students, and a course in basic English language skills. The club also offers sports activities such as football and lawn tennis leagues, indoor football and table tennis leagues, bowling, and other summer activities.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Aqla, affirmed that the university's belief in its societal role to activate the energies of all youth groups resulted in the first version of the university's summer club to provide all necessary activities to invest these energies during the summer vacation.
"The wise ones" added that the club has divided youth activities according to age groups, adding that the club is distinguished by its unique cultural and social activities, in addition to the sports hall, which includes a fully equipped weight room, sports equipment, and items for sports games such as bowling, billiards, and tennis, among others, to serve the youth. He wished success and good luck to this club and for it to benefit its members.
