15132 - Promotion of 677 male and female employees at the university

His Excellency Professor Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, approved the promotion minutes for this year 1439 AH. A total of 677 employees, male and female, were promoted from the second to the thirteenth rank, distributed across the university's departments and colleges in various specializations. This is part of the plans to develop administrative work aimed at encouraging employees, male and female, to exert more effort and provide more contributions to elevate the diverse services offered by the university.

On his part, His Excellency the University President congratulated the male and female employees who were promoted, expressed his wishes for their continued success, and for them to offer all that serves religion, the nation, and its people, under the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them.

Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Humayidhi, Undersecretary of the Deanship of Faculty and Staff Affairs at the university, explained that this year's minutes included two employees promoted to the thirteenth rank, 10 employees promoted to the eleventh rank, and 7 employees promoted to the tenth rank. Additionally, 28 employees were promoted to the ninth rank, while 73 were promoted to the eighth rank. The seventh rank saw the highest number of promotions, with 215 male and female employees promoted to it. For the sixth rank, 186 male and female employees were promoted, 133 for the fifth rank, 3 for the fourth rank, 19 for the third rank, and finally, the second rank, which was attained by only one employee.

Al-Hudhaimi added that His Excellency the President of the University had approved the formation of a team of experienced and specialized individuals to inventory positions and employees who meet the promotion criteria, and then conduct a comparative assessment according to the approved standards in the Civil Service Ministry's regulations, so that the nominees can be submitted for approval, endorsement, and promotion. 

Al-Humaidhi congratulated the employees who were included in the promotions this year on behalf of the deanship staff. He praised the efforts and continuous follow-up of the University President on this matter, as well as his constant support and encouragement for the university staff on all occasions.
