16757 - University launches a new unit to serve beneficiaries through modern means of communication

The university launched the "Communication and Beneficiary Service Unit", which is an electronic unit through which the beneficiaries communicate with the beneficiaries and take their comments, requests and complaints and follow up with the UQU President and all deanships, colleges and departments to benefit from this service for male and female students, university affiliates and auditors, through e-mail, WhatsApp application and phone numbers, as this step comes in continuation of the process of improvement and development pursued by the university, emphasizing the need to apply the concepts of quality and perfection, establishing the principles of excellence, and achieving the university's vision in providing the best means of care and attention to its employees. Dr. Turki Al-Makhlafi, General Supervisor of the General Administration of Relations, explained that the new beneficiary service unit is of great importance for the university and the customer alike, because it is the link between them, and it provides feedback to the UQU President on the quality and quality of the services provided to reviewers and university employees. At the same time, it is one of the important administrative frameworks in achieving the Kingdom Vision 2030 "An Ambitious Nation" because of its focus on adopting the concepts of perfection and administrative quality, through which the user will feel a remarkable and visible interest from the university in caring for his interests and partnership with him in providing a good quality service for the University's affiliates. He added that the General Administration of University Relations is pleased with the confidence of the UQU President in entrusting it with overseeing the work of this unit, which falls within the units and departments of the administration and receives continuous follow-up from his Excellency in order to provide services in line with the modern aspirations and orientations of our dear country and its future vision.
