H.H. the Emir of Qassim patronizes the ceremony of the sixth comprehensive university campaign "Awareness, Health and Education" in Nabhaniyah

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Al-Qassim region, sponsored today, Wednesday, the ceremony of the comprehensive university campaign “Awareness, Health, and Education,” in its sixth edition held in Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate. The campaign offers a variety of services to the residents of the governorate and its affiliated centers and villages, in the presence of the University President, Professor Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Shaleh, the Governor of Al-Nabhaniyah, Tariq bin Abdullah Al-Yahya, university vice presidents, and directors of government agencies in the region.

His Highness directed, during his inspection today of the various pillars of the campaign at its headquarters in the Civil Center of the governorate, which includes 43 medical clinics in various specialties, in addition to awareness, educational, and entertainment pillars, to extend the campaign programs until April 26th.
His Highness the Prince of Al-Qassim region was briefed on the most prominent services provided by the university's faculty and students to visitors of different age groups in all health, educational, religious, and awareness fields. The campaign presented more than 300 diverse programs at its main headquarters and in a number of mosques, Friday mosques, and schools in the governorate.

Prince Faisal bin Mishal praised such comprehensive campaigns organized by the university, noting that their positive impact reaches the neighboring governorates and all governorates of the region. He pointed out that this campaign is not specific to Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate alone, but rather visitors come to it from its south, north, east, and west in large numbers.
He said: “The benefit and advantage reach everyone, and this is what is targeted by these campaigns. The role of this campaign comes in revitalizing the governorates and stimulating social and health services, which varied between distinct medical, educational, and awareness-raising [services]. He offered his thanks to the president, vice-presidents of the university, and all its affiliates, including academics and specialized doctors, for their professional efforts in implementing the campaign, which was successful in its outputs and beneficial in its results for the community in all the governorates and centers.".

The ceremony included several segments, including a visual presentation about the university and its efforts in community service for the region's residents, in addition to honoring the official sponsor of the campaign, Al Rajhi Bank, and the participating entities.

The University's Vice President for Business Development and Community Partnership, Dr. Majed bin Fadi Al-Anazi, head of the campaign's organizing committee, affirmed that the university launched this campaign years ago to serve the people of the Qassim region, stemming from its national responsibility and societal role, and to keep pace with the state's efforts in enhancing the quality of life and religious, health, and awareness services, which are considered fundamental pillars for human development.

He indicated that the campaign will continue to provide its services in the coming years in other governorates throughout the region, God willing. He offered thanks to His Highness the Prince of Al-Qassim for his patronage of this campaign and his support for all university activities. He extended his thanks to the officials and residents of Al-Nabhaniyah Governorate for their great interaction with the campaign and their active participation in its programs and events.

In conclusion, His Highness the Emir of the Qassim region witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the university and Al Rajhi Bank, in the presence of His Excellency the President of the university, Professor Dr. Muhammad bin Fahad Al-Sharikh.
