Prince Faisal bin Meshal praises the university for winning the first place in the Open Education Competition

His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Qassim Region, praised the university's achievements, following the Deanship of E-learning and Distance Education's attainment of the first place in the "Open Education Week" competition, among more than 80 national governmental, private, and non-profit entities participating in the competition supervised by the National Center for E-learning.

His Highness expressed his thanks to the President of the University, Professor Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Dawood, for this achievement, which is added to the university's accomplishments, stemming from the unlimited support provided by the wise leadership – may God honor it – to encourage and enrich open educational content, promote the values of collaborative content, and showcase pioneering experiences locally and globally in open educational resources.
