أطلقت الجامعة، خدمة "موعد" الإلكترونية والتي تمكن المستفيد من حجز موعده إلكترونياً عن طريق بوابة الزوار، والدخول من خلال النفاذ الوطني الموحد، وذلك إيماناً من الجامعة بأهمية الاستفادة من تطبيقات التقنية ومواكبة التطور التقني وفق معايير الجودة، وذلك خلال جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد للحفاظ على التباعد الاجتماعي وإنهاء المعاملات دون تأخير وفي مواعيد محددة وفق الإجراءات الاحترازية التي تتخذها الجامعة.
