A group of men, some wearing Saudi Ghutrah or Shemagh, some wearing Saudi Bisht, some wearing medical uniforms and carrying university ID cards, pose for a group photo in a hall with a shiny floor gleaming with medical equipment inside the Social Welfare House in Buraydah. This participation comes within the framework of the "Dental Caravans" organized by Qassim University to activate community officials and improve health services.
A health worker from the dental convoys, wearing the Saudi Arabian ghutra, headband and bisht with medical protective equipment, examines a protest at a clinic inside the Social Welfare House in Buraydah. As a result, hard work and discipline within a medical facility affiliated with Qassim University.
All four men, dressed in Saudi Arabian ghutra, shamaa, aqal and bisht in a decorated protective hall lined with dental plates bearing the slogans "Medicine Caravans," address the audience. Two of the welfare home's sobobi, dressed in baggy clothes, listen intently and raise their hands to participate in the discussion.
A worker in protective equipment is born from providing medical services to patients in a clinic. He wears a Saudi shemagh, and is very busy taking notes and documenting cases. Phrases in Arabic, such as "Social Welfare House" and "Dental Caravans," are minimized on tips and plaques for women and then delayed by Qassim University. Some attendees showed up wearing the Saudi ghatta, aqal, and bisht, including the official emphasis on adherence to national identity in these socio-medical objectives.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Dawood, President of the University, and with full student management, the University implemented its 26th voluntary dental convoy yesterday, Tuesday, 29/3/1441 A.H., at the Social Welfare House in Buraidah, where 44 patients benefited from the convoy, including 25 cases of filling treatment and root canal treatment for one person, 9 cases of gum treatment, and 9 cases of surgery, all of whom benefited from the convoy.

 

The voluntary dental convoys program organized by the university aims to provide treatment services in the field of dentistry in various specialties, fillings, periodontal treatment and surgery, in addition to activating the aspect of preventive health education for beneficiaries on ways to care for the safety of oral and dental health.
