The University plans to organize the "Saudi Women and Change Leadership Conference" and invites researchers to participate

The university, represented by the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs, intends to organize a conference to support the role of Saudi women in achieving Vision 2030 socially, politically, and economically, under the title "Saudi Women and Leading Change... Determination and Leadership," during the period from Dhu al-Hijjah 10-11, 1441 AH. The aim is to highlight the challenges facing Saudi women in decision-making positions, raise awareness of women's issues in their personal, social, and economic aspects, and achieve a balanced vision of women's issues in the media.

This conference comes from the university's keenness to highlight the leadership role of women in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the research and scientific papers it presents. This initiative stems from the interest of Islam in women and their rights in all aspects of life. It also aligns with the great attention the Kingdom gives to women and their affairs, and the opportunities it has provided for leadership to showcase their successes in various fields.

The conference discusses three axes: The first is Saudi women and decision-making, through Saudi women and the concept of empowerment, women in leadership positions, and the psychological and social balance of women and its impact on their leadership role. The second axis addresses Saudi women and the economy, through economic opportunities for women in light of Vision 2030, initiatives by Saudi women and their impact on investment competition, and the successes and achievements of women. The third axis deals with media and Saudi women, discussing the role of media in highlighting the status of women in achieving Vision 2030, the role of media in supporting the issues of Saudi women, in addition to the mental image that the media has reflected about Saudi women.
The conference's scientific committee has also announced the participation criteria, which are: the researcher must submit a brief CV, the research must be within the conference themes, adhering to scientific research standards, the research must not have been published or submitted for publication, the research must be between 20 and 35 pages long, and for research submitted in WORD format, it must use the Arabic Traditional font size 16.
